The present application is filed for substitution of petitioner No. 2 in the connected writ petition i.e. WP(C) 2206/2019 by the legal heirs of the petitioner Page No.# 3/3 No. 2, who had expired during the proceeding of this writ petition. 2. Perused the pleadings of the writ petition as well as statement made in the present petition. 3. Mr. B Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1,2 and 3 and Ms. M Barman, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submit that they have no objection to such petition. 4. Considering the matter in its entirety, the present application stands allowed. 5. The petitioner No. 2.a. and 2.b. as reflected at paragraph 2 of this application be impleaded as petitioner Nos. 2.i and 2.ii respectively. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner is to furnish amended cause title with conformity with CIS before the Registry and furnish such copies to the learned counsel for the respondents after acceptance of the same by the Registry. 7.
