GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation seeking police protection from the 4th respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner was allotted house site in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Grameen, 2021. It is submitted that the 4th respondent 2 is trying to occupy the house site built on Ac.0.03 cents in Survey No.534. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent is not entertaining the complaint. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation was made to the Tahsildar, instead of Station House Officer. 4. Considering the same, it is left open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent and on such receipt of representation from the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall verify the record of the petitioner and the 4th respondent and ensure that the petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property is not disturbed by the 4th respondent, without following due process of law. 5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
