This C-482 Application has been filed challenging the order 07.06.2014, passed by leaned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun, in Criminal Misc. Case No. 03 of 2013, arising out of Criminal Appeal No. 45 of 2012, Sarvottam Kumar vs. State and another, whereby the appeal filed by the respondent was restored to its original number. 5. In this C-482 Petition, no interim order was passed by this Hon’ble Court. 6. Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the proceeding of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 being Complaint Case No. 237 of 2011 (New No. 90 of 2011) was filed against the respondent 2025:UHC:2734 no. 2. During pendency of complaint case, since the matter has been settled between the parties on the basis of compromise arrived at between them, therefore, nothing remains to be considered in this petition and present C-482 Application has become infructuous. 7.
