JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA Present:- Mr. Shreya Rana, Advocate for the peoner. DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Peoner herein is the defendant of the Civil Suit No.1214 of 2024, led as “Sushil Juneja and another v. Ashok Juneja”, pending before learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Ludhiana. 2. During proceedings, an applicaon (Annexure P-4) was moved by the defendant-peoner to issue direcon to the plainff to supply the signed copy of the plaint, affidavit, applicaons if any and documents as menoned/relied upon in the plaint. The trial Court vide an order dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) disposed of the applicaon as during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the plainff had submi2ed the signed copy of the plaint as well as documents to the counsel for the defendant. 3. Later on, defendant moved another applicaon seeking recficaon of the order dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-7), contending that the Court inadvertently omi2ed to pass a specific direcon regarding producon of original documents for inspecon in the Court. Said applicaon has been declined by the trial Court by way of impugned order dated 12.08.2025 (Annexure P-12), which is assailed before this Court. 4. A7er perusing the impugned order, this Court does not find any merit in the present revision peon considering the fact that the request of the defendant-peoner as made in the applicaon (Annexure P-4) had SARITA RANI 2026.01.16 16:09 I attest to the accuracy of this document/order CR-8060-2025 -2 - 2026:PHHC:005446 been acceded to and the plainffs-respondents had submi2ed the signed copy of the plaint as well as other documents to the counsel for the defendant-peoner as is duly reflected in the order dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-7). The Court does not find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order. As such, the present revision peon is hereby dismissed.
