The petitioner is challenging the issuance of notification by prescribing the age limit for recruitment to the post of Deputy Librarian. -2- W.P. No.4558 of 2014 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working on contract basis as Librarian in- charge from 09.09.2009. However, there was no regular recruitment notification until the year 18.01.2014. It is submitted that by the date of notification, the petitioner would not meet the age eligibility criteria as prescribed in the notification, as such seeks relaxation of the age. 3. The learned standing counsel for the university submitted that the recruitment in pursuance of the notification is completed and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 4.
