This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.3.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0072 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Fatehpur Chaurasi, District Unnao. 3. This is the second writ petition filed by the petitioners for the same relief. The first writ petition bearing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.2662 of 2025 was already dismissed as withdrawn on 4.4.2025 with liberty to the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy as may be permissible in law in the appropriate proceedings before any other Court. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate court in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. .
