In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.7 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 6. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "a) a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the selection of opposite party no. 07 for the post of Aganwadi worker centre at Raniapur-2, Village Panchayat & Block Motipur kala, Tehsil Bhinga Distt-Shrawasti being annexed as annexure no.1 to this writ petition for the ends of justice b) a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing opposite parties no. 2,3 & 5 to consider and decide the representation dated 30-04-2025 preferred by petitioner, contained as annexure no.6 to this writ petition." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.5 i.e. District Program Officer within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.5 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
