The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 30.12.2012 (Annexure-4) whereby, the fair price shop license of the petitioner was cancelled as well as the order dated 08.01.2013, the appeal was dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that the license was cancelled some time in the year 2009 and the reasoning recorded in the appellate court's order with regard to the factual aspect, no interference is called for.
