Since, for redressal of his grievance, which pertains to seeking promotion to the post of Administrative Officer the petitioner already submitted a representation on 06.07.2024 before the District Magistrate, in such an eventuality, the District Magistrate, Pithoragrah is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law positively within a month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
