The present appeal has been filed by the appellants for setting aside / quashing of the charge sheet No. 93 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023, summoning order dated 24.04.2024 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST ACt, Pratapgarh, arising out of Case Crime No. 191/2023 U/S 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1) (Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(v-a), SC/ST Act, Police Station Sangramgarh, District Pratapgarh, as well as the entire proceeding of S.C. No. 456 of 2024 (State Vs. Putun @ Kripa Shankar Pandey & Others) pending in the Court of Special Judge SC/ST Act. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he does not want to press this appeal and seeks liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. 4. Accordingly, it is provided that in case, the appellants move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned Court below within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court. 5.
