The petitioner prays for following main relief:- "I. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 to 4 to restrain the opposite party no.7 to 11 from trying to illegally occupying the petitioner's house, in the interest of justice." The opposite party Nos.7 to 11 are private parties whereas the opposite party Nos.2 to 4 are District Magistrate, Hardoi, Superintendent of Police, Hardoi and Station House Officer, Police Station Beniganj, District Hardoi respectively. The dispute appears to be essentially of a private nature between private parties. The petitioner may avail other remedies, as may be prescribed in law. As regards the official opposite parties, the petitioner can approach the higher authorities in this regard, if there is a cause. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
