Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant/complainant that during the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant/complainant died on 09.03.2018 and, in proof of the same, he produced the death certificate of the appellant herein/complainant issued by the Registrar (Birth and Death), GVMC Zone 3, along with memo dated 10.03.2025. 3. In view of the same, no orders are necessary to be passed in the present Criminal Appeal. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is closed.
