Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 20.09.2022 passed by the District Consumer Forum. 3. Considering the fact that under the Consumer Protection Act, an appeal is prescribed, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. The petitioner may move an appeal, if so advised, in accordance with law. 4. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above. 5. Certified copy of impugned order shall be returned to the counsel for the petitioner on his moving appropriate application.
