He has sought his release on bail. This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed on merits on 18.11.2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
