Shri Pawan Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance and has filed his affidavit of compliance. It is urged that in furtherance of the order passed by the writ court, Form 16-A has been issued to the petitioner and also sent through speed post on 25.07.2025. The said speed post was returned with the endorsement that the petitioner was not residing at the given address. Necessary documents have been annexed with the aforesaid affidavit of compliance. The Court has considered the same and finds that the order passed by the writ court dated 07.01.2025 stands substantially complied with. Since there is none to press the petition and the Court finds that the compliance has been made. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
