The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Mohan @ Monu with the prayer to quash the impugned charge sheet no. 72 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015 in Case No. 1657 of 2015 (State vs. Mohan @ Monu and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 161 of 2014, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 5. The matter is listed today under the heading "Matter which are likely to be Infructuous" 6. The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2015. The report of the mediation centre dated 06.11.2015 placed by the office through its office report of the same date goes to show that the applicant has not complied with the order dated 21.09.2015 and the required amount of money has not been deposited before the mediation centre till 05.02.2025 and thus notice could not be issued to the parties. 7. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicants and the matter is likely to have rendered infructuous as per office report, the present application is dismissed as infructuous. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. 10. Office to communicate this order to the trial court concerned within a period of two weeks.
