The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing impleadment of the present applicant viz., Binarani Khundrakpam as respondent No. 3 in the connected WP(C) No. 198 of 2024 on the ground that serious allegation has been made against the present applicant and unless the present applicant is impleaded as a respondent in the said writ petition and given an opportunity to defend herself, much prejudice will be caused to her. Ms. Sirawon Rimai, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent No. 1 fairly submitted that she has no objection in allowing the impleadment application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this court find sufficient ground for allowing the impleadment of the present applicant. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the abovenamed applicant as respondent No. 3 in the connected writ petition.
