The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "i Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bhadohi, District Bhadohi) to decide the restoration application dated 21.2.2023 seeking recall of order dated 3.2.2022 passed in Case No.186 of 2004 (Murari Lal and others vs. Rakesh Kumar and others) within new case No.RST/1136/2023, Computer case No.T2023166770501136 (Murari and others vs. Rakesh Kumar and others) filed under section 229B of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act in the year 2004 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the restoration application dated 21.2.2023 within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the aforesaid restoration application in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid restoration application as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
