Direct the learned Civil Judge (SD), Hardoi to expeditiously decide the Review Application bearing Misc. Civil Case No. 173 of 2023 (Mukul Bajpai Versus Yogesh Bajpai and others) pending since 05.08.2023, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
