Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel for the respondent no.1 and Shri Mohit Chandra, Advocate holding brief of Shri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. 2. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to transfer the petitioner from Community Health Centre, Azmagarh to Community Health Centre, Gonda where the husband of the petitioner is posted, in the interest of justice. (iv) Allow the writ petition with costs in favour of the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has submitted that as per the Rule 7 of General Rules, GRC ad HR Policy in relation to deployment of contract workers under National Health Mission, the petitioner being contractual employee cannot be transferred as the post is not transferable and therefore the prayer made by the petitioner is misconceived. 4. Perused the record. 5. Rule 7 of General Rules, GRC ad HR Policy in relation to deployment of contract workers under National Health Mission reads as under:- " ससववदद कवररयय / वचवकतसकय इतयदवद कक ततनदतत सथदन ववशशष कश ललयश हहगत। 6. Considering the above, it appears that the transfer of the contractual employee is prohibited. 7. Accordingly, the petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
