Shrawasti to decide the case of the petitioner bearing Original Suit No. 1622/2018 (shamshad Ahmad and others Vs. Dost Mohammad) expeditiously and within a stipulated period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the petitioner is permitted to move an application before the concerned Court for early hearing, which shall be decided in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party. 4.
