Since the issue, as raised in all these above 4 2025:UHC:202 mentioned petitions, are common, therefore, all these petitions are clubbed together and are being decided by a common judgment. 2. The petitioners are claiming the interest on delayed payment of revised pay scale. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue as raised in all these petitions are squarely covered by the judgment dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Court in bunch of petitions leading one WPSS No. 2376 of 2024, Premwati Sharma and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others. 4. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel who appears for respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and Mr. I.D. Paliwal, learned Standing Counsel who appears for respondent no. 6 and 7 also fairly submits that the issue as raised in these bunch of petitions are squarely covered by the judgment dated 20.12.2024, passed by this Court in WPSS No. 2376 of 2024, Premwati Sharma and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and connected matters. 5. In view of the submissions, as advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, all these petitions are disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in WPSS No. 2376 of 2024, Premwati Sharma and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and connected matters dated 20.12.2024.
