The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking conclusion of the enquiry initiated against the respondent no. 6. 3. The petitioner is only a card-holder and no rights of his have been shown to be violated for which a mandamus is sought. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to seek portability of his card to another shop of his choice. In case, such an application is filed before the opposite party no. 3, he shall permit the portability of the petitioner to another shop.
