Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence, he could not assail the order dated 12.10.2022, whereby, a sum of Rs. 1,12,872/- has been illegally recovered from the gratuity of the petitioner, therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed being not pressed at this stage giving liberty to file a fresh. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed being not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
