Issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no.-1 to this petition to decide expeditiously the pending Misc. Case No.-735 of 2024, Kaki's Caterers Versus Prateek Jindal, related to the decision for condone delay of 93 days, in filing the instant appeal against the eviction order dated--03/04/2024, passed by Rent Authority, Lucknow, filed by the petitioner, at the earliest, which is presently pending before the court of Special Judge, P.C. IV, sitting at District--Lucknow, without any further delay or unnecessary adjournments, to meet the end of Justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
