The petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment on the ground that he is a legally adopted son of the deceased employee, who died in harness in 2012, however, his claim has not been decided so far. 3. Since, the claim of the petitioner for seeking compassionate appointment has not been made so far, let the petitioner may make a fresh representation giving all the details within 15 days from today. 4. If such a representation is made, the respondents shall decide the same within two months thereafter by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 5.
