Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ashok Kumar Kushwaha, learned AGA for the State and Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra for the opposite party No. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though a first information report under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC stood lodged on 26.11.2019 against the applicant, however, the parties have compromised and the document to the said extent is already on record as Annexure-7 at page 64 and onward reference whereof has been made in paragraph 12 whereby the compromise has been submitted on 10.01.2025 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr. Learned counsel for the applicant, thus, submits that it has been verified by the court below on 10.01.2025. 4. Learned AGA as well a the counsel for the opposite party No. 2 do not dispute the said fact. 5. Thus, this Court finds that there is no reason to proceed with the matter. 6. Accordingly, the application is allowed. 7. The proceedings of Criminal Case No. 7198 of 2020, Case Crime No. 971 of 2019, under Sections 420 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bulandshahr be quashed.
