Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Additional Civil Judge Senior Division Court no. 42 Lucknow to expedite the proceeding of the Regular Suit No. [ old case no.1590/2020] 2146 of 2021 "Smt. Sapna Tiwari versus Mukesh Ram Ganesh Prajapati " pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge Senior Division Court no. 42 Lucknow decide the same within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application for early hearing, which shall be considered expeditiously and efforts shall be made to decide the suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the party. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
