Ranjeeta is present before this Court physically in this matter. The learned CGSC for the applicants submits that he has already been complied with vide order of the office of the Inspector General, CRPF, Manipur & Nagaland Sector, Imphal dated 27.06.2025 wherein, it is in detail stated in respect of Article – I, II, III and inclusive of para No. 15 of this order submitted the learned CGSC indicating that the Court’s order dated 07.04.2024 rendered by the co-ordinate Bench in W.A. No. 22 of 2024 has already been complied with. Therefore, keeping in view of the submission made by the learned CGSC in this matter is concerned, it is deemed appropriate to pass a suitable order that this matter has not having any substance to persuade in accordance with law.
