INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 27th November, 2023 (Annexure-G) passed by the respondent No.2. 2. Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 raised preliminary objection with regard to an alternative remedy available to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order. 3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping open all contentions of the parties, the petitioner is relegated to approach the competent authority under Section 49(g) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23297 WP NO.2086 OF 2024 4. It is made clear that, if the petitioner approaches the competent authority as stated above, within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the time spent by the petitioner before this Court shall be condoned by the competent authority. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of 5. In view of disposal of the petition, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16th April, 2025 passed by the respondent No.3 before the competent authority under Section 49(g) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.
