Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the petitioner's representations dated 11.02.2025 and 15.02.2025. 2 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioner’s representations dated 11.02.2025 and 15.02.2025 will be considered by the concerned respondents, in accordance with law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage itself, directing the concerned respondent to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 11.02.2025 and 15.02.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of BNSS, 2023, and further directing the concerned respondent to ensure that the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22111 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024, is complied with in letter and spirit. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
