Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed with the prayer to set aside the impugned B.W. order dated 6.3.2025 and the impugned summoning order dated 20.09.2024 passed by the Special Judge POCSO Act Ambedkar Nagar in POCSO Case No.525/2024 crime No. 0152/2024, U/S 74, 333 of B.N.S. U/S 7/8 of POCSO Act, & U/S 3(2)5A Sc/St Act, P.S. Katka, District Ambedkar Nagar and also set aside the charge sheet and the entire proceedings of POCSO Case No.525/2024(State versus Kanhaiya Yadav) Crime No. 0152/2024. 3. After argument at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the interest of justice would be served, if the bail application of the applicant is directed to be considered by the Court concerned. He further submits that the applicant shall surrender before the Court concerned and will file the bail application. He further added that this Court may be pleased to direct the Court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicant within stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Court. 4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, present application is disposed off with a direction that in case, the applicant surrenders before the Court concerned and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously as possible.
