Petitioner has filed a temporary injunction application in the said suit. Since no order has been passed on the said application, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court, seeking direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the temporary injunction application. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that temporary injunction application was filed only on 12.12.2024. 5. Since the period of one month has also not elapsed after filing of the application, therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as sought for. 6. Perusal of the record shows that a coordinate Bench of this Court has directed the trial Court to expedite hearing of the Suit and make endeavour to decide the same within one year. 2025:UHC:26 7.
