Mr. Suyash Pant, Advocate, submitted on instruction that the impugned order has been recalled by the District Magistrate, Pauri Garhwal. 4. After the said submission, Mr. Navnish Negi, Advocate, has submitted that the present writ petition has become infructuous. 5.
