On 27.06.2019, the Registrar of this Court had granted ten days time to comply the office objections. Office objections were not complied. On 12.12.2019, two weeks time was gratned to comply the office objections with a rider that the petition would be dismissed in case office objections are not complied. Since office objections are not complied, the petition was dismissed. 2. Later two applications are filed i.e., I.A.Nos.1/2021 and 2/2021 to recall the order and condone the delay in filing the application. Those applications were not in order. The Registry raised office objections on those applications. On 11.07.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On 08.01.2024, a week's time was granted to rectify the office objections. On 28.02.2024, it is submitted by the petitioner that the office objections on applications are complied. On - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:69 WP No. 5044 of 2019 20.03.2024, the case was listed for orders on I.A.Nos.1/2021 and 2/2021 and both the applications were allowed and order dismissing the petition for non-prosecution was recalled. Thereafter, the case was listed on 12.08.2024 and the matter was adjourned by two weeks to remove office objections on the main petition. Sofar the office objections are not removed. 3. Though the petition is called for the second time, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The petition is of the year 2019. No reasons to adjourn the matter. 4.
