Issue an order or direction to the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.15, Sultanpur to decide the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of The C.P.C. bearing no.6Ga-2 in Original Suit No. 279 OF 2025, Agresh Kumar Vs Vikas @ Dinesh & Others " pending since 09.04.2025 before him with in stipulated period of time, if possible on the next date fixed in the matter." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
