Page No.# 3/3 By filing this petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the prayer petition dated 06.01.2023 for restoration of the ceiling surplus land. During the pendency of the writ petition, the Joint Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar vide order dated 30.08.2024 has rejected the prayer of the petitioner. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.08.2024, if so advised. Interim order, if any, passed earlier stands vacated.
