The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./ 528 BNSS has been preferred with the following prayer: "अततः ममानननीय न्यमायमालय ससे पमाररनमा हहै ककि अपरमाच ससंख्यमा -04/05, सत वमाद ससंख्यमा-1262/2024 अन्तररत धमारमा-323, 504, 506 IPC रमानमा- कबिलरमाम, जजिलमा हरददोई, सरकिमार बिनमाम छदोटसेलमाल आकद मम न्यमायमालय कवशसेष न्यमायमाधनीश, SC/ST Act, हरददोई दमारमा पमाररत पश्नरत आदसेश कदनमासंकि 25.04.2055, किदो कनरस्त / खणणण्डित / अपमास्त किरनसे किकी किक पमा किरम। यहमाहाँ यह भनी पमाररनमा हहै ककि अपरमाध ससंख्यमा -04/05, सत वमाद ससंख्यमा- 1262/2024 अन्तररत धमारमा-323, 504, 506 IPC रमानमा- कबिलरमाम, जजिलमा- हरददोई, सरकिमार बिनमाम छदोटसेलमाल आकद न्यमायमालय कवशसेष न्यमायमाधनीश , SC/ST Act, हरददोई दमारमा पमाररत पश्नरत आदसेश कदनमासंकि 25.04.2055, किकी किमायरवमाहनी स्रकरत किरनसे व ममु०अ०ससं० 12/2005 असं०धमारमा 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC व 3 (1) (10) SC/ST Act रमानमा कबिलगमाम जजिलमा हरददोई, सरकिमार बिनमाम मसेवमालमाल आकद जजिसमसे यमाचनी अकभयमुक्त हहै किकी अकगम किमायरवमाहनी/कनररय ककियसे जिमानसे ससे रदोकिसे जिमानसे किमा आदसेश पमाररत किरनसे किकी किक पमा किरम।" 3. Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present application as the applicant has statutory alternative remedy for filing revision under Section 397 Cr.P.C./ 438 BNSS and Section 401/360 BNSS. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant wants to withdraw the present application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a revision. 5. As prayed, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./ 528 BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a revision or to take a remedy as may be permissible under the law. 6.
