To issue a direction to Principal Judge Family Court Lucknow to decide transfer petition bearing no. 409 of 2025 Pankaj Rajput versus Aditi Singh filed by Petitioner under Section-24 read with Section-151 of Code of Civil Procedure 1908 seeking transfer of case bearing no. 3805 of 2023 Pankaj Rajput versus Aditi Singh, pending before Additional Principal Judge-VII Family Court Lucknow, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 1 week." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Principal Judge, Lucknow to pass orders on the said application strictly in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of one month from from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
