Court No. 18, Pratapgarh to decide the Original Suit No. 1829/2009, Chhaya Devi Vs. Mahesh Kumar Mishra and another, within stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
