G.S. Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Order dated 03.10.2024, passed in CWP No. 3158 of 2016, titled as Thakur Dass Vs. Union of India & others, is sought to be reviewed by the present application. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. The Review Application is barred by 190 days. 3. Perusal of the aforesaid order would go on to show that it was dictated in the open Court in the presence of the Counsel for both the parties. 3. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India brought to our notice that in similar circumstances, Review Petition No. 40 of 2025, titled Union of India & others Vs. Joginder Lal, was dismissed by this Court on 25.06.2025, while noticing that there was no error apparent on the face of the record. It is submitted that the situation is similar as such. 4. Resultantly, keeping in view the above, we are of the considered opinion that neither the application for condonation of delay is liable to be allowed nor there is any merit to review the order dated 03.10.2024, passed in CWP No. 3158 of 2016 3 5. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Review Petition is also dismissed. (G.S. Sandhawalia) Chief Justice.
