Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner Sri Tilak Bora has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Panigaon P.S. Case No.31/2025. 3. The present petitioner allegedly uploaded/shared child sexual abuse materials on social media. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. In fact, there are no victims in this case. The petitioner has already spent 45 days in judicial custody. 6. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner no longer deserves to be detained in custody for any further period of time. His bail application is allowed. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner Sri Tilak Bora who was arrested in connection with Panigaon P.S. Case No.31/2025, shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur.
