The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 355/2023, for the offences registered under Section 366A of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Gautam Govinda learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with an intention to marry her. 4. Statement of victim has been recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., 2023, in which she has stated that she left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and went to Allahabad and Delhi with this petitioner, where both of them resided for a considerable period of time. 5. This appears to be case of adolescent lover affair between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Govinda learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Lalpur P.S.
