The matter involves factual inquiry and it cannot be undertaken under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners may avail other remedy, as may be prescribed in law, however, so far as the demolition is concerned, statutory provisions prescribed and the order dated 13.11.2024 passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Writ Petition(s) (Civil) No(s).295 of 2022 shall be adhered. At this stage, learned Standing Counsel informs that the petitioner No.2 had already sold out his property as per the endorsement in the remark column.
