A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite parties to vacate the illegal possession over the land of the village Chil Bila Mahas, Vikas Khand Katra Bazar, Tehsil Colonelganj, District Gonda i.e. Pond bearing Gata No. 265 and over the land of the School bearing Gata No.264 Situated at village Chil Bila Mahas, Vikas Khand Katra Bazar, Tehsil Colonelganj, District Gonda, recorded in the revenue records, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code is still pending and are likely to be decided soon. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to conclude the proceedings of Section 67 within the time as prescribed under the Act and in accordance with law.
