To direct the Additional Principal Judge, Court No. 8, Family Court Lucknow to dispose of the pending divorce petition no. 4509/2024 "Gaurav Bajpai Vs. Smt. Kirti Bajpai" under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, Police Station Lakhimpur Kheri, District Lakhimpur Kheri, which is currently pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Court No. 8, Family Court Lucknow, after being transferred after the order dated 08.11.2024 in the transfer application (civil) number-276/2023 within the prescribed time limit as soon as possible in the interest of justice." 3. The present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for early hearing, which shall be decided in accordance with law.
