The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(I). To issue a writ, order or direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division) faizabad to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Case No. 190//2025, "Ansari Vasiulla & others Vs. Mo. Taufik & others" expeditiously within stipulated period in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
