On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that this Court had directed the respondents to seek instructions by order dated 11.02.2025 and it seems on very next day, the inquiry proceedings have been concluded punishing the petitioner with punishment of censure. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy of the said order has been given to counsel for the petitioner, who after receiving the same submits that he does not want to press the present petition but seek liberty to challenge the punishment order before appropriate forum. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid observation.
