Considering the urgency in the matter, the Tahsildar, if the situation is not one, which affects the festive mood, shall permit the petitioner to cook pongal and also hold Valli Thirumana Drama on 05.05.2025. In case the subjective satisfaction of that respondent is that it will not be conducive for both, he is entitled to reject the permission. 5. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
