The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 20.03.2025 whereby an application was disposed of. 3. Considering the nature of the order, the said appears to be revisable under Section 115 CPC. In view thereof, no interference is called for. The petitioner may either institute a fresh proceedings as prescribed in the order 20.03.2025 or prefer an revision as may be advised in accordance with law. 4.
